Under these terms and conditions, all of the following provisions refer to the Parttime platform, including application, software, design, and the associated services which are offered by CG Tech Digital Empire to job seekers and advertisers/Employers are hereinafter referred to as “Users”.
Under these terms and conditions, all of the following provisions refer to Employment Act 1955, No child under the age of 15 or in between the age range of 15 to below 18 need to be engaged in any sort of labor force or employment. However, under permission and supervision an individual can work not more than 6 days a week. Persons who have not reached 18 years of age are not allowed to register with Parttime or use the Parttime platform. Parttime may verify the identity of users by requesting suitable evidence.
Parttime is an internet-based job service that provides users with functionalities tool for online searching and communicating via its platform. Upon completion for registration, a User will obtain a personal and non-exclusive right to use the platform in searching and advertising for job vacancies. Parttime shall make the job platform available without any significant interruptions unless otherwise the platform is under maintenance work. Parttime shall not responsible for downtime due to technical difficulties, errors in programs or any other problems arising which is beyond our control.
Parttime assumes no guarantee or responsibility for the accuracy of the communication between users via the Parttime platform. The recipient therefore bears responsibility for verifying the accuracy and completeness of the data obtained and distributed. Parttime also cannot promise or guarantee successful job placement to any online user/seeker.
All services provided by Parttime may be used for lawful purposes only. Users shall bear sole responsibility for the content of a profile posted and stated, a job description in advertisement or communication. All of the User’s information must be truthful. The User is prohibited to upload pornographic, sexual background, immoral, politically radical or otherwise illegal content. The User shall bear sole legal responsibility for the content of the User submitted.
All documents, photos, logos, information, data and any online soft materials submitted must be lawful (e.g. compliant with child protection laws, General Equal Treatment Act), transmission, storage, selling or presentation of any information, data, item, product or material in violation of any Malaysia (or any other country) law is prohibited and free from the rights of third parties (copyrights, ancillary copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, or other rights). Setting up, advertising, uploading, editing or managing profiles for third parties is strictly prohibited.
Any use of the Parttime platform for a personal reason other than the intended purpose is not permitted such as the content not in relation to the job vacancy. In particular, collecting or saving data from the database, as well as using data in full, in part or extracts thereof online, for the commercial exploitation of addresses or as a basis or aid for compiling or adding to participant, address or other directories, or reading the databases online for the aforementioned purposes or for other commercial purposes is prohibited.
The User shall refrain from any action that is likely to negatively impact the functionality and image of the Parttime infrastructure. Parttime reserve the right to remove all data Users provided via User’s registration content without serving/issuing any notification.
The following provisions on the limitation of Parttimes’ liability does not apply to all claims such as:
a) System delay, impossibility, impediment, unpermitted action, etc;
b) Claims by the User due to damage resulting from harm to life, limb and health;
c) Rights and claims of the User in the case of fraudulent concealment of defects by Parttime or due to a lack of a quality for which Parttime has provided a guarantee;
d) Claims and rights of the User that are based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct by Parttime, or by Parttime’ legal representative or vicarious agents; and
e) Claims by the User pursuant to the Product Liability Act.
Defamatory speech distributed over the Internet can result in civil liability for the defamer. Defamatory information is not allowed in all of our service and we are not responsible for any damages caused.
Parttime reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of Parttime's Rules and Regulations could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded & recovered.
